SOLUTIONS: These types of substances will dull and coat the hair preventing a quality conditioner from doing its job. Use a chelating shampoo like Paul Mitchell #3 to remove any build up. Follow with an acid balanced conditioner such as Nexxus Ensure. To really polish the hair, use a shine product from Paul Mitchell (The Shine) or Fauroux (Repair & Shine.)
